How do I initiate a product return?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Request Return: Click on “Request Return” and fill out the return request form, including:
- Reason for return
- Product condition
- Any additional comments or photos (if applicable)
- Submit: Submit the return request form.
Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. If you are unable to access your online account, you can also initiate a return by contacting our customer service team via phone or email.
