Comment effectuer un retour de produit ?

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Request Return: Click on « Request Return » and fill out the return request form, including:
    • Reason for return
    • Product condition
    • Any additional comments or photos (if applicable)
  2. Submit: Submit the return request form.

Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. If you are unable to access your online account, you can also initiate a return by contacting our customer service team via phone or email.
