To submit a repair request, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the «Support» section and select «Repair Request
  2. Click on «Submit New Repair Request.»
  3. Fill out the repair request form, including:
    • Product model and serial number
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Any error messages or symptoms
    • Photos or videos of the problem (if applicable)
  4. Submit the form.

Our repair team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions, which may include:

  • Troubleshooting steps to attempt before sending the product in
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Shipping instructions for sending the product to our repair center

If you’re unable to access your online account, you can also initiate a repair request by contacting our customer service team via phone or email.
